Publisher's summary

Cunning adventurer David Purdue has finally regained some of the money that was stolen from him. However, when he discovers that a powerful sunken treasure could be the key to recovering the rest of his broken life, he will risk everything he has gotten back to obtain this new prize.

Meanwhile, Dr. Nina Gould's time as a prisoner of the Order of the Black Sun gives her a chance to learn some of their most well-kept secrets. From searching the hidden vaults of secret societies to the facing off against old foes at the bottom of the sea, both Purdue and Nina fight to survive and for a chance at redemption.
