Loved This! Great Story, Characters & Narration🎧

Chelle Bliss pens another amazing “Men of Inked: Heatwave” novel and, like the rest of the books in the series, I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. It is always great to visit Chelle Bliss’ Gallo world and this tenth book is Luna Gallo and Nevin Walsh’s story. Luna is City and Suzy’s daughter and sister of Gigi and Rosie and Nevin is her best friend Ian’s brother. Nevin sacrificed ten years of his life for taking the fall for his brother’s crime, because he had a better chance of surviving prison and his brother, Ian, had a better chance battling his health issues as a free man. Ian’s health improved, but his conscience could no longer allow his brother to pay for a crime he committed, so he turned himself in and confessed to the crime. He asked Nevin to look out for Luna while he was serving time and Luna took it upon herself to look out for Nevin, except he did not need or want to be looked out for. Jail has hardened Nevin, and he needs to adjust to life on the outside, he does not ask for help or accept any favors, plus he is still unsure what people think of him, including the Gallos. Surprising to him, they accept him with open arms and Luna does not give up on him and he comes around. The chemistry between them is undeniable, and when they finally give in, it is explosive. This wonderfully plotted story not only captivated my attention from start to end, it tugged on my heartstrings as well, there is plenty of drama, heartfelt emotions, a touch of angst, and some steamy romance. There are some great Gallo family scenes too, it is always a treat to be in the room of their family gatherings. Chelle Bliss, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧And for the amazing narration, Samantha Brentmoor and Lance Greenfield continue to do an exceptional job portraying the characters, humanizing them, capturing all their emotions and having you feel every single one. I love how they take each role, run with hit and make it their own, sounding believable and just how I picture the characters to sound. Their character voices are consistent and the quality of the audio is top-notch. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Another good listen.

Enjoyed this newest release by author Chelle Bliss. The Gallo family just keeps on keeping on, and Luna is one of my favorite characters. We meet Nevin, who rights a wrong, by protecting his brother and Luna, a Gallo to the core, helping him overcome the tribulations of Nevin’s past. There is a lot happening here and the narrators do a great job with this story. Grab this in print or audio, you will enjoy both.

Great addition to this series!

This was not what I was expecting in this book but none the less I was hooked and not sorry about how it ended up! I have been waiting for Luna's story and was not disappointed in it at all.

In this addition to the Heatwave series we get Luna's story. She is the last daughter of Joe (City) and Suzy to be single. She has befriended a neighbor, Ian who also is her sister's brother-in-law and who is the real killer of his abusive father. She had formed a bond with the family going so far as to make promises to Ian to look after his brother, Neven, when he went to jail. Being the kind soul that she is, Luna didn't give up and neither did Neven when things got tough for Luna.

Enter Neven into this story and we get a former wrongfully convicted person who served 10 years of a sentence for a crime that he did not commit as a means to save his brother Ian who was suffering from cancer. He returns to the real world and has some issues with acclimating to society as well as his issues with Ian finally coming forward with the truth. He reluctantly lets Luna in and finds that he likes her world and wants to be part of it.

The chemistry between this pair once they let each other in was off the charts and their story was one that I did not expect. I loved the return of all of the other Gallo second generation siblings even if it was a small appearance. I hope that we get Ian's story as a standalone but I am looking forward to what is going to come next in this series. Overall, this was a great read that I would recommend to others.

Gallo Love!

I couldn't wait to start listening to the latest Men of Inked Heatwave book. Immediately I was welcomed back into the Gallo family. Luna and Nevin's story did not disappoint.

Luna, sassy daughter of City and Suzy is determined to help Nevin readjust to his new life. As their friendship grows so does their chemistry. I loved the characters and the emotions Chelle Bliss could make me feel.

Samantha Brentmoor and Lance Greenfield are perfectly cast for the characters of Luna and Nevin I was captivated and didn't want this story to end. I will definitely recommend this series! Thankyou Chelle for another fantastic book.

Scorching

These Gallo kids are something and I love catching up with them. Luna is so sassy, independent and full of sunshine while Nevin is a grump full of piss and vinegar. Once again Chelle wrote a book that is engaging, fun and sexy.

Lance Greenfield and Samantha Brentmoor did a fantastic job with this story. They are two of my favs and were spot on for Luna and Nevin.

This series is a long one but each book I love and you really can’t get enough of that Gallo family.
