Publisher's summary

As you should know by now (it's book three after all!), my name is Sawyer William Vincent, and I’m Red Raptor.

The world as we know it has pretty much ended.

Imagine your least favorite class from school. The one you hate showing up to because you can’t stand the teacher - and maybe the feeling is mutual, even though they can’t admit it. You hate the subject, and you’re miserable the entire period, every day, every second. None of your friends are there, and even if they are, you can’t hang with them.

You just sit and do your work. No talking. No bathroom breaks. No moving at all. Just book work and worksheets. Or workbooks. Whatever, you get what I mean.

Now, imagine that the class has several aggressively strict teachers, and those teachers have superpowers. In fact, they’re the most powerful people on the planet. And the class lasts 24/7.

Is your gut clenched yet? Do you have that feeling of overwhelming panic? Good. Because that’s all of us now, all the time.

We have no idea what’s going on, but as usual, we’ve gotta figure it out.

Oh, and this time, Frank - FD3 himself - is gonna help tell the story along with Osprey and me. Isn’t that awesome?

If you like Tim Drake as Robin or ever wondered what Peter Parker would be like if he lived in Gotham, Raptors is right up your alley.

From number-one Audible best-selling authors Jaime Castle and CJ Valin comes a new superhero universe, perfect for fans of both DC and Marvel.

Actually, it’s for fans of anything superhero-related. You’re gonna like it. Promise.

Non-Stop fun

there are similarities between this and DC. this book had the same premise as Crisis on Infinite Earth's, Elseworld or such but still a differences and the cast is fantastic that I can't fault it. the only fault I can give is I do not like Amy at all. she is annoying and her love triangle stuff is so out of place and unnecessary. but it's still a fantastic book. wouldn't read again though.

Good story but

Ok so iv been listening to this series for a bit now and I just can’t stand the female narrator her voice is like screwing a drill into my ear when she try’s to do anyone other than the main girl in this series like her doing guys is me trying to do a fake girls voice so bad and don’t get me started with German nazi guy in this who just sounded French for some reason if that wasn’t in this series the series would be a 5 star on everything but the story is great and I do like the other 2 narrators in this series

overall the story was good

The story was good and had a nice flow. My only problem was with the narration. The individual narrators were fine. But because they read full chapters, the same character was voiced differently which made listening confusing at times.

Amazing, Just Amazing

Umm do you like interesting stories? innovative but well rounded characters? then this is your story.

But... if you are looking for Batman vs Superman part 6 then move along friends😜

This series is like The Boys meet Marvel/ DC but have actual good writers.

Zero regrets 😁

I still think it's Batman & Robin

I like this story. I like the characters. I like the development and the classic nature of it all. that being said, it's clearly not a unique story. Harrier is Batman, basically. Red Raptor is Robin. Redhawk is Nightwing/Robin. Malefique is Joker. Eaglestar is Superman, (mixed with Homelander from "The Boys"?) etc. I admit that I am not up to date with every single story the Justice League, Batman, and Robin went through over the years in various comics, cartoons, shows, and movies. Maybe this exact scenario was also a retelling.

Aside from all of that I did enjoy it (albeit with some eyerolling from time to time). I'll probably listen to the next installment as well.

Oh, and Moon Money is Starbucks (a bit obvious with that one).

If you want to have a really weird experience with this, you might consider listening to The Boys graphic audio book series while listening to the Scions series like I did.
