Sexy Grizzly mate

Margaret and Scott were fated mates from the time their eyes met. I have not listened to any other in the series and I honestly think I would have benefited by listening to the ones prior. I liked it enough to purchase the rest in the series. I enjoyed the story and there is just the right amount of sexy times and action. The other characters were a great addition to the main characters. The narrators did a great job.

Wolves and bears can make a life together!

Margaret is disappointed the guy she's been yearning for is not her mate. At her friend's wedding, they're not going to let her just sit alone. A friend of the groom's, Scott O'Hearn, jumps on the chance to keep her company. At first touch, sparks fly. But, Scott's a bear! Margaret is a wolf and being mates of different species is unheard of. They are dropped right in the middle of a war between the shifters and The Council. At least they have each other. This is a fantastic story! I missed the first one and will go back and read it. I've got the third book, Waking Sarah, ready to go. I happily recommend this book.

Explosively action-packed goodness !!!

This story continues on from the first book and wow explosive it is. Margaret is off to her sister Sam's wedding reception. Chase introduces her to someone he was in the military with and oh my he is a huge man, err bear? Scott knows the minute he takes a whiff of Margaret that she is his and he almost ruins it and his bear won't have it. This story then explodes with action, fear, hotness and so much more. The council is in town and things just are not going well. Margaret is taken and all heck breaks loose for Scott and his Bear. Can he get her back? Can Scott protect Margaret? And will she allow him too? So many emotions in this story. I loved it and can't wait to listen to the next one. The narrator does a fantastic job with each of the characters and makes the story come to life.

Saving Margaret

Saving Margaret is the second book in the Vegas Mates Series. Wolves and bears don't mix, well at least that is what Margaret is trying to convince herself. Afterall, sexy Scott just happens to always be nearby. This is the story of fate.

Great Book

This book was so good. The narrator did a fantastic job.
The mystery, suspense and love are all there.
Scott and Margaret take on responsibility that they never saw coming. I loved the book in both print and audible.

Great story

This is a great story with a good deal of interesting characters and storyline. I didn’t enjoy the narrator as much but the story did make up for it with everything happening

Not bad

I enjoyed the story. There was some background I guess I would have got from the first book, which I hadn't read, but it didn't detract much from the story.

I didn't enjoy the narration, unfortunately. I'm not sure what accent the actor was trying to do for Scot (possibly Irish?), but it travelled far and wide from sentence to sentence - Ireland, Scotland, Eastern Europe, US, and at times just sounded like he had a speech impediment. That really did detract from the story for me.

The narrator's attempts at varying female voices was also a bit disappointing, to the point where Margaret's inner wolf sounded downright creepy!

My advice would be to read the book rather than listen to this version.
