Publisher's Summary

A long time ago, I was one of them. Now I’m back, and they hate me for it.

Plucked out of the harsh life I was living and thrust into a world of unimaginable wealth, power, and privilege, all I want to do is keep my head down and survive until graduation.

But they have other plans - Mason, Finn, Elias, and Cole.

Everyone at my new school calls them the Princes, and that’s exactly what they act like. They always get what they want...and who they want.

And they want me.

I’m not sure why, since they all seem to hate me.

The Princes are gorgeous, flawless, and cruel. They own this town, and they’re determined to own me, too.

To break me.

What they don’t know is that I’ve already been broken once.

I won’t let it happen again.

Preliminary Review

UPDATE** This book read like a group of 4 jerks easily manipulating a naive pliable little girl into doing what they want. There was no discernable reason why they all stopped bullying her and wanted her all of a sudden.

Why can't I ever find a good girl falls for her bully book. Great writing style, good characters, good pacing, logical progression of the story without a DUMB FEMALE masquerading as a strong female. I know it's possible. I found those qualities in The Curse of The Gods and Seraph Black series. The bully should show some form of a starting redemption before the female shows any inkling of interest. It's a smack in the face when the female is docile, kisses the bully, let's him touch her in anyway while he's being nothing but a jerk. Like getting her shot with paintballs in the chest, stuffing her locker with garbage, humiliating her in the cafeteria, having most of the student body torment her, calling her Idaho trash. Being attracted to the bully's is one thing but completely pretending like she wasn't tormented by them in their presence was insulting my intelligence. I mean writing women like they can't control their lady parts is insulting. This girl was almost going to, just about to, soon she was going to, before she could do... to death. So many things happened with no logical intent. Just like a bunch of incidents to fill a book. So dissapointing.

I have already read this exact story but...

I have already read this story but in a different book and author. This is pretty much the exact story of the first book of filthy rich boys of burberry prep series. All the way down to the ending reveal. 4 guys one girl. Act like they hate her then pretend that they like her. End of school assembly reveal shocking video to destroy girl. Girl vows to get back at them next book!

Are there any original stories anymore?

I love Callie’s writing, and I loved the book but oh my gosh it is infuriating. It lacks the adult elements and is definitely YA. The h is 16 so there is no real romance. Oh there is angst galore but no pay off. I think the book is perfect for the 17-20 demographic. But the narration was great.

Bully Romance

I’m dead and I’m dying. The ending.... how do I cope?

I’m such a sucker for a bully romance and this does not disappoint. I’m completely in my feelings and need book 2 immediately.

Oh Talia, if you need to tag me in I’ve got your back. Have you ever just want to rip throats out for a character because you will after this.

Kasi does a wonderful job narrating

One of the best B.R I've read this year

This was a very realistic Bully romance without the extensive over dramatization some hold, it was written with a clifhanger you'll accept as an ending or deny this heroine would allow it to end this way.

Best part of this story was the heroine isn't one to be a pushover to take everything that happens and she will further prove herself on the continuation, the performance is impresive as she creates a uniquenes to each character that appears on this audio.

I NEED BOOK TWO

I got this on audible, and the narrator I thought did a wonderful job. I really hope all three books will be available on audible. I love reading but very seldom get the chance and audio books help keep me sated.

Fantastic Story & Narration🎧 Mind Blowing!

Ok, so bullies really piss me off, but after hearing rave reviews about how great the story and narration was I had to listen and I must say I am very happy I did. Callie Rose has a wonderful writing style, she grabbed my attention and my heart right from the start and held it to the end. Her characters are complex and continue to develop, I just know there is much more to each and every one of them. I adored Talia, her strength and tenacity. I also love the whole idea of the royals, the princes Mason, Finn, Elijah, and Cole. The popular boys who rule Oak Park Prep and the kings of bullying. Heck there is no shortage of bullies in that school. I was cursing them out in my head, I may have verbalized a few out loud too. I loved this twisted story and how every thing played out, all the drama, the angst, the hot romance and the mind blowing twist at the end. I can’t wait to see what comes next, I am team Talia all the way! Callie Rose, thank you for this great story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

I listened to the Audible edition, Kasi Hollowell is a wonderful narrator and voice performer. She brings these characters to life, gives each their own distinct voice and personality and attitude. She does a great job covering both male and female roles, making it easy to follow the story and who is who. She is great with projecting the emotions of the characters and the drama of the story into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great listen🎧

couldn't stop

This whole series kept me intrigued throughout. I was frustrated that I had to stop listening at times cause of "real life" getting in the way. I really can see this story turn into a movie or something.

Seriously Talia….. Fight back!

Spoiler alert 🚨

…………..

Talias behaviour is unbelievable....... Can someone really be that foolish? She dropped her mate Leah for the four Royals who treated her like dirt under their shoes. She fell right into their trap….. we all saw it coming. Talia allows the girls to beat her up, abuse her and do some really cruel things and not once does she lash out. If things don’t change for the better in book two then I won’t get book three.

I need to see Talia fight back. Come on girl!

Wow, just wow

Mason, Finn, Elias, and Cole are intense. Talia and the Princes were not what I was expecting at all. This story was like a punch to the gut! I need more. I can't wait to dive into book 2 but had to come here to review this one first because I'm still reeling! I mean they say keep your friends close and your enemies closer but I'm not sure who to trust and what the heck this "ceasefire" is. Like the tables were turned and I can't figure out what I'm missing. I need to know all the details! I'm not sure how I feel about the Princes but I am hoping for the best. On to book 2 for answers!

Kasi Hollowell was amazing and really gave Talia characteristics that I was needing! I loved it.

definitely Savage.

I think that the plot for Savage Royals was a good one, but I could see the ending coming. I was frustrated with Talia and her gullibility throughout the story. I wanted her to grow a spine and hope that she gets stronger as the series progresses. She just accepted the abuse that she received.
Having expressed my frustrations, I would also like to add that I couldn't stop listening and the story is moreish.
The narration was really good, Kasi Hollowell delivered a crisp performance with the right amount of emotion added to the plot. The sound quality was equally good and the sound was consistently clear.

Boys of Oak Park Prep Book One

Boys of Oak Park Prep Book One.

After Talia finds her father dead in their living room, leaving her an orphan, Child Protective Services discovers that her maternal grandparents are, in fact, alive and want her to live with them. Moving from Idaho to California is a huge change, but going to Oak Park Prep instead of a public school is a much bigger challenge. Mason, Finn, Elijah, and Cole, otherwise known as The Princes, immediately decide that she is to be the focus of their high school bullying. They rope the entire student body into harassing Talia, and they don't have to lift a finger. After a particularly frustrating prank, Talia finally snaps and tells Mason, the leader, how she really feels.

If you're looking for a high school story where nothing is as it seems, this is the book for you! Beware-there is a cliffhanger, so you will want to have the second and third books ready to go.

Brilliant Bully Romance

I have read and listened to this book and I love the series even more now. This is a fantastic bully romance that leaves you steaming at the ears in parts and swooning in others. I can't wait to start listening to Book 2.

I love the narration and Kasi Hollowells voice. Her reading of Tahlia is fantastic and you fall easily into the story. Great audio book.
