Great Story of American and local Vietnamese heros.

This book is a treasure trove of courage and steadfastness. salute to the brave men of MACV SOG.

Great American!

This book was written by a brave, courageous American soldier. He writes this book with great humility, and does not shy away from his Christian beliefs. Anyone interested in learning about what the best of our best endured and accomplished in Vietnam has to read this 5 Star book.

A Hero’s Story, read by the man himself

Note - if approached as an opportunity to hear war stories directly from the hero themselves, you will not be disappointed. However, given the author’s age and impact on voice, this is difficult to consume while multitasking. Great story, I’m very glad the author narrated it personally, just feel I have to note that for listeners like me who primarily listen in the car, it is very challenging to keep track of what is going on at any given time.

Well written, poor narration

Well written with a lot to be learned about soldiering in the bush, however the narration and editing leaves something to be desired.
