Clarified SEO for me

An informative audio book that has helped me with my own SEO introduction while allowing me to further understand this tricky topic, I feel like I was trying to pick up pieces to a puzzle without knowing what it was suppose to look like in the end but this book really clarified SEO for me.

Step-by-step SEO audio book

My first step-by-step SEO audio book and I’m astonished! The theories are good and I was able to understand the perplexing concepts of SEO. These SEO hacks are amazing! I sure no longer wanna miss out significant SEO strategies. I am ready to implement them soon.

great overview of SEO

I have read/listened to a lot of books on social media marketing, content marketing etc. I didn't knew much about SEO though, this book gives a great overview of SEO, recommends strategies and tools as well as putting into the content marketing context.
And yes some basic fundamentals of SEO are explained in a simple way and understandable way by the author R. L. Adams.

What did you love best about SEO Fundamentals?

It was clear and concise, with lots of current information. I had been out of the SEO world for a few years and wanted a primer on the current environment - this was exactly what I got. He didn't waste any time, he just got down to the useful information.

Interesting details

I think it was quite useful especially the latest updates about google's algorithm and criteria. More examples would have definitely been more helpful.

Out goes the 90's...In comes semantic engines...

What made the experience of listening to SEO Fundamentals the most enjoyable?

Volume of relevant information presented to reader/listener.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Google.

This was a tremendous update to what I "thought" I knew about the front and back end of SEO.

Very in-depth and valuable content!

This first book impressed me so much that I downloaded the other two books in the series and ordered the hardcopy versions from Amazon to use as study guides. It gets pretty deep and I can tell will require focused study to get a grip on but the content is laid out well which of course helps out quite a bit.

Would you listen to SEO Fundamentals again? Why?

there is a lot of information in this book so i will deffinately be listening to this book multiple times, and even later on its always good to come back for a refresher

What did you like best about this story?

i like the fact that it explains techniques and information in a form easily understandable for even the noobiest of SEO'ers

What didn’t you like about Ken Eaken’s performance?

this is my big gripe about the book, i don't like the narrator at all, the voice is a little low but thats ok, the problem is sometimes i feel like i am listening to a robot, there is a lack of personality and sometimes it feels like a list of syllables being read out instead of a sentence

overall a good book, up to date information, talks about the basics as well as more complex information, and as i said before, great for people new to SEO but also i think professionals will still get something out of it
