So simple yet complex, hard to find series like these that are clean, fun, and creative.

What a ride!

This one made me nervous the whole time. I spent most of the book convinced that one of several calamities would befall the main character, but that was just a smokescreen; when he did encounter a major setback, I never saw it coming.

I was very pleased to find mention of Guild Wars in this one. That's my MMO of choice, and it's the one that helps me to relate to this series.

This book was a good change of pace. He's finally getting some more powerful allies, and I can't wait to see where their adventures go from here. I look forward to the next one!

This series makes me want Kings League to exist sooo bad! All we need is for the tech to catch up.
