Good Read

Royal Wrecker (Barnes Family #4) was a good read by Normandie Alleman. Leo is a rock star who has everything that most people want. But he's a introvert who wants a life outside the spotlight. He had no idea Honore was a princess and now he's forced to marry her. Now they have a reality TV show "Honeymoon with the Royals". I really enjoyed reading Leo and Honore's story and can't wait to read more by the author.

I really enjoyed this royal romance and think the narrators did a great job keeping my attention and bringing the characters to life.

I really loved this story! I haven’t listened/read any of the previous books in the series. I will be quickly remedying that. These were awesome!!

Light hearted HEA

This was a really good story! I haven't read the rest of the series, but it didn't make that much of a difference. Loved the characters and their lighthearted struggle to fall in love and live HEA. Narrators both did a great job! Alicyn Ames is a new one for me. Aiden Snow is a top-of-the-list favorite.

The Princess and the Rock Star

When is a groupie not a groupie? When she's Honore, the princess of Martinovia, out to enjoy a rock concert featuring Leo Barnes, a member of the Barnes Family of reality tv fame. He's playing a solo concert tonight, without his twin Ivy, and Honore can't keep her eyes off of him. During the after party, in the hotel's rooftop pool, the two of them are caught by her security detail in quite the compromising position. When the king and queen find out, there is only one answer. They must be married to preserve the reputation of Honore and the royal family. Leo's family is already world-famous and Leo's mother, Lucinda, comes up with an idea that should help them all. After Leo and Honore are married, cameras will follow them on their honeymoon and, after it's over, they can get a quiet divorce. It seems as if all the problems have been handled but, in reality, they're just ready to begin. The newlyweds go into this charade with the idea that they're going to enjoy time with each other but not fall in love. Sometimes, things don't work out just the way we planned! Watching them as they get to know each other better and all the new and exciting experiences they afford one another is heart touching. Lucinda has a lot of secrets and Leo is not one to give her the benefit of the doubt. He especially has questions about his paternity that came to light when he needed blood after his motorcycle accident. Lucinda has hidden the truth from her children and it's soon to be payback time. Leo and Honore are a sweet and sexy couple who have such a beautiful life in front of them as man and wife, until that dream disappears. Lucinda is behind all the pain and destruction that could signal the end for the happy couple. The HFN ending is well-devised and it gives such hope to a wonderful future! Not so fast. Honore has yet to share something about herself with Leo that has her downright frightened! The surprise is quick and I hope there's more to this story.
I also listened to this story on audible and it was wonderfully narrated by Alicyn Ames and Aiden Snow. The characters' voices were clear and distinct!

Epic Incognito Failure Turns Winner!

When Honore, a small country Royal Princess, finally gets to spread her wings and attend a concert, she dresses as a groupie to blend in. Her friend gets them closer to the rock stars than expected and, well, one-night-stand. Attepted, anyway, until she’s caught and a scandal needs to be squelched. Thus the plan... marry on a reality show and when it’s over, get an annulment.
But how can two people who were attracted enough initially to hookup spend months in the same room going all over the world to romantic settings and stay platonic? Can’t happen. It’s hot, and fun. An easy romance romp.
Narration was absolute top-notch, as Aiden always is. I’m not as familiar with Alicyn, but she did a great job.

Loved it!

I loved the duo that read this, their voices were spot on and really brought the MCs to life.

The story itself was also amazing. There was humor, romance and so many cute and memorable moments!

If you like modern day marriages of convenience and slow burn friends to lovers, give this one a chance. Highly recommend it!

So sweet and fluffy I was bored

The story is cute and fluffy since we are talking about a modern-day princess. So the female narrator reading so pleasantly like a robotic stepford house wife was too much for me. I felt like she was repeatedly asking me to "please hold for our next available customer assistant". Her character voices where great though. I pushed through to the end. Its a cute story but i prefer a little more depth, darkness and higher stakes. You know...Like real life. But maybe I just don't get their life since they are reflections of the Kardashians.

loved the story of Leo's mistake landed him in a trap or a blessing. the story gave a little twist here and there. this book is so worth reading or listening to.
the narrator's were great and clearly spoken.
