Loved Ridge - My personal perfect Alpha Male

What can I say I loved Ridge, he is all the things I'd want in a male, minus one night stands and the bets. 😉 the best part, he learned from his mistakes. Yes he had to grow up and own his mistakes and I loved that. I loved how he was super helpful to strangers and was there for his son.

(trying not to give spoilers) I was super sad about the death of a character, I really liked them and would have been happy for it to have gone another way but Kaylee still managed to save the story.

Kendall, I liked her but thought the whole survivor's guilt was a bit ridiculous seeing as how she never even knew the person or that they existed as part of their life. to me it's a case of too much empathy. And yes I believe people can have too much.

All in all, this is my favorite of the series. I have read them before listening to them and Ridge is still my favorite. ❤

Unexpectedly Loved This Story

This was my first time reading or listening to a book by author Kaylee Ryan and it was unexpectedly so good! I devoured this story right from the beginning and the storytelling was beautifully written and gave me all the feels. There were some heartbreaking scenes as well as some heart melting moments with Ridge and his baby son. The love and protectiveness he had for this son, Knox had me swooning and Ridge showed what an amazing single dad he is. I also enjoyed the arrival of Kendall and how her and Ridge’s relationship developed throughout this book and the bond she and Knox formed was heartwarming to see. Loved seeing the tight friendships and close knit family that stood by and supported Ridge during his times of need. Teddy Hamilton and Callie Dalton were terrific narrating this story and bringing all the emotions that the characters were feeling throughout this book. Their performances brought tears to my eyes in some heartbreaking scenes as well as joy in the heartwarming moments. I loved this story and cannot wait to listen to the rest in this series.

Great story

I got to be honest when in the story something happens that I won't tell you, I wanted to just close the book and say I'm done this is BS because there was no way they could make it work. well I was very wrong, some of it was a little far-fetched but it was okay I still got through the story. I hope you enjoy it way to go Kaylee Ryan

Absolutely Phenomenal

I listened to the whole book in one setting. I just couldn't put it down. you will fall in love with Ridge and Kendall.

Wow!

Beautiful love story with some heartache. This book has a very unique plot that keeps me gasping for my next breath. I enjoy this book immensely and I highly recommend it.
