Publisher's Summary

Logan Bennett knows his priorities. He's loyal to his family and his company. He has no time for love and no desire for it - not after a disastrous engagement left him brokenhearted. But when Nadine enters his life, she turns everything upside down. She's sexy, funny, and utterly captivating. She's also more stubborn than anyone he's met, including himself.

Nadine Hawthorne is finally pursuing her dream: opening her own clothing shop. After working so hard to get here, she needs to concentrate on her new business and can't afford distractions - not even if they come in the form of Logan Bennett. He's handsome, charming, and doesn't take no for an answer.

Their attraction is sizzling, their connection undeniable. Slowly Logan wins her over. What starts out as a fling soon spirals into much more than they are prepared for.

When a mistake threatens to tear them apart, will they have the strength to hold on to each other?

I couldn't finish this book!

What would have made Your Captivating Love better?

The female's male voice was cringeworthy!

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I didn't finish it.

Would you be willing to try another one of Nelson Hobbs and Carly Robins ’s performances?

I might if Carly didn't do male voices.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

disappointed

Loved the story and the narration by Nelson Hobbs

I've loved this series so far! The story is sweet and just the kind of thing you need to take your mind off of the stresses that life has to offer! I laughed, swooned, and truly enjoyed this story.

Carly Robins was a good narrator but by my personal preference I did not like that her voice would change in volume so frequently. There were multiple minutes of strain to hear, so I'd turn up the volume only to be blasted out by her sentences the next. So make sure your hearing is on it's "A" game.

Otherwise the entirety I'd recommend to anyone who loves HEA, a steamy romance, and an amazing family series thrown in.

Really love this series!

Would you listen to Your Captivating Love again? Why?

Yes! I’m already listening for a second time. I love listening to series.

What did you like best about this story?

The storyline with an alpha male and a woman who becomes a damsel in distress. Logan always wants to help and Nadine wants to be independent. But they both have to learn how to be who they are but also be dependent on each other.

What about Nelson Hobbs and Carly Robins ’s performance did you like?

They made the story seem more real. I love the dual narration and how the story is written in 2 viewpoints.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Nadine has the fire in her apartment building, the entire Bennett clan stepped in to help take care of Nadine and make things better for her. After having been thru an apartment fire myself, I know what it feels like to be able to rely on others and let them help when they want to.

Any additional comments?

I really enjoy listening to the entire series of the Bennett family.

Narration was good but could have been better

Logan and Nadine were setup. They were thrown together at every opportunity. The meshed well with each other but a set up neither wanted. Neither was looking, but they found something worth looking over their past hurts and wrongs. Logan was everything including stubborn to the bone, but very loyal. Nadine had him beat with how stubborn she could be. But she was also funny, loyal, charming, and sexy.

Watching these two move forward with everything was captivating.

Carly Robins for the win!

I reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of the book.

I love the Bennett's so much - and this series is just so easy to enjoy. Logan is the epitome of a big brother and he brought that same protective nature in o his relationship with Nadine, which garnered mixed results. Both of them are such likable characters and while it wasn't exactly a case of instal-love between the two of them, I did appreciate that there wasn't a lot of angst or "will they/won't they" involved. It was easy to see that even though they both initially agree to a temporary relationship they are bound to develop something way deeper. I really loved the way Logan wanted to take care of Nadine and conversely the way that Nadine was determined to take care of herself. They were just such a sweet couple. As with the other Bennett books I've read, the family plays a huge (and entertaining role) in the book and I loved every instance where the siblings and parents were involved. Because of the awesomeness of Whispersync, I went back and forth between the Kindle copy of the book and Audible and I really loved the Audible narrators of the book too! Particularly Carly Robins - she did such a stellar job of giving each of the characters she read a unique voice. It made listening to the book a real treat. I give Your Captivating Love 4 out of 5 wine glasses.

Alpha males, lusty tales and heartstopping romance

There's a place deep in my heart reserved specifically for Layla Hagen and her Bennett family series. When I discovered I could get my hands on them in audio, I had to have them. From the dual audio point of view, to the lovable antics of this adorable family unit, it's hard not to become addicted. Love personified is how I would describe Your Captivating Love. It's the Bennetts against the world and everything they do is out of love for one another. Alpha males, lusty tales and heartstopping romance were entrancing in print. Set to audio, IT'S HOT. To put up with these men a woman has to be strong, secure and driven. Nadine and Logan are a hit.

I loved it.

I am loving this series. I didn't think anyone could compete with Sebastian Bennett but Logan is definitely giving him a run for his money. Logan knows his family; mainly his older brother and younger sister are trying to set him up on a date with Ava's best friend, Nadine but he is sure he can resist, maybe they'll just have a bit of fun? Sparks fly early on and soon the couple cannot keep their hands to themselves. I loved Nadine, she was feisty, didn't take any crap and was focused on building her career. Logan Bennett stole my heart, I am not joking. He was sweet, and sexy, and I loved that even though he knew Nadine could do things herself, he supported that and was there to help, if and when she needed it. Of course, he's a guy, so he might have got a little carried away at times but it just made me love him more!

Carly Robins is amazing and I've yet to find a book that she didn't impress the heck out of me. This book was no different. She was great as Nadine and really gave life to the character.

I'm pretty sure that this was the first book I've heard narrated by Nelson Hobbs, surely I'd have remembered because he is awesome. I enjoyed every second of his performance and I cannot wait to listen to more. He was the perfect choice for Logan Bennett, I cannot imagine anyone else being able to convey his sweetness and his passion better than what Nelson did.

Very disappointed

It took everything I had for me to finish this book. It was very dry with no real excitement in it. Very boring.
