Pretty good story!!! 💞💞💞

The story was a little predictable but Alex Kydd is the best!! His narration is rock solid. I purchased this just to hear Alex's voice. I am looking for more narrations by him. I'm. hooked on the sound of his voice...the narration is critical to listening of course. I enjoyed Amy's narration but sorry, Alex just gets me...lol.

Overall, I enjoyed this light hearted story with a very good HEA and likeable characters.

Sexy rockstar romance!

I enjoyed this audiobook very much. The hero is an up and coming rock singer who is on the verge of fame. The heroine is a college student almost finished with her elementary school teaching degree. When they meet after her friend takes her to a concert, he’s pushy and she’s reluctant. The thing is, they can’t stop thinking about each other!
When things start to get serious, an encounter with one of his old girlfriends causes him to get cold feet and he dumps her. Heartbroken, she tries to just forget. But he finds he can’t forget either. Will she ever forgive him enough to start over? Narration was well done!

NOT ENOUGH FIGHT

All was good till the ending where they split up. I thought there should of been more of a fight. maybe Bristol moving on and Gage fighting more. it was pretty boring. I loved the narration... 🔥 Alex Kydd 🥵 I love him! the read was ok tho...

Good story

This was a good quick read. I wish the drama was more drawn out but definitely worth a credit.

The best thing about this audiobook is Alex Kydd. Amy Melissa Bentley did a good job, it's not that, it's just that Alex actually portrayed Gage in a completely different light, a much better light in my opinion. Cage comes across as an arrogant, self-centered dirty talking guy during most of the story but the chapters that are Cage's POV, Alex makes Cage into a slightly deeper more sincere guy with issues. I don't know if that was the way the author's writing portrayed him or if that was Alex Kydd's narration but I'm leaning towards the narration.

The story line was a little dull and predictable and I probably would have enjoyed it so much more if the self pity was not such a huge part. I can't wrap my head around people who wallow. Bristol was an ok character, she didn't wallow but she really just didn't have much depth. The best thing about this story was the sex (during Cage's POV was the best). The sex was hot but sadly the story just didn't hold up to what I was hoping for.

Just really awful

This has nothing really to do with music. It occasionally talks about a few band things but this is really a badly written book of smut. There is no real anything except they like to get laid and he was an absolute ass and then turned into a kitten that still wants to get laid and she was a very smart girl that let him treat her bad and still fell for him and now she is going to stay home and be barefoot and pregnant instead of using the degree she got while getting a perfect GPA.. Can you say make me want to vomit louder!! I didn’t even read the whole thing. I read in the reviews that the last chapter and the epilogue was everyone’s favorite part so after suffering through 5 VERY annoying chapters, i skipped to end and was still really annoyed. This was a complete waste of my time. Even the narrators sucked. The girl is soooooo annoying and her voice for him is so bad, there was a male voice from time to time and that voice was very sexy, but thats the only positive thing i can say about this book.
