Great post punk history

I loved this book, except I own the print book, but didn't have time to read it. So, I listened to it while doing other stuff. Anyway, the only issue is that the audio book chapter order doesn't correspond to the order in the book. I'm not sure why. This is the first time I've come across this.

Great documentation incredible bands

More great bands similar to the cure, joy division and Gang of Four such as magazine, Pere ubu, the fall, wire, James chance and the contortions, the postcard label etc

great for resources and information, very entertaining too

great book, great narrator, great history. incredibly inspiring and encouraging. Simon Reynolds wrote a masterpiece.

I admire the dedication of the author to compile so much information about so many terrible bands.
bought this book thinking I'll discover great bands similar to Gang of Four, Joy Division or The Cure, but no. Only wannabe artsy kids on too many drugs with no musical skill.
