a quote in the book says gold is everywhere once you learn to see it. financial education that teaches you how to find and acquire income producing assets helps you learn to see the gold.

Good Stuff

Had so many great points that I hope to start implementing. Can be difficult when a spouse views your house as an asset rather than a liability, but I am going to listen to this book with my family in the evening.

Shallow

Very shallow and repetitive. Literally tells
You to join an MLM at one point. Form a corporation to invest in real estate. Thats the only substantive lesson

A must read for college passouts

I couldn't find the extra material and diagrams the narrator was talking about, but overall it's an interesting audio book. Very helpful in enhancing financial knowledge and a must read for all those who have recently passed out their college and seeking good career opportunities ahead. The language and style of writing is simple and yet very effective. Moreover the story teller has narrated this audiobook in a very interesting way.

I stand corrected!

I originally read the this book 13yrs ago, and thought that it was a waste of my time. After hearing numerous of my mentors refer to this book, I chose to try it again. Now, I realize that this book was the absolute gem I needed to begin my journey to financial freedom. Better late than never, right?
As an aspiring property investor, this book actually brought up some situations that I am dealing with this very moment, to secure multiple duplexes. Now I have a better understanding of the mindset needed to purchasing properties. Great book!

Must read for all beginners

Need to make a financial change? Start here. I've read/ listened to this book 3 times already. something new stands out each time. I've changed my life around thanks to this book and I'm just getting started. He was 9 when he started to be taught these views so he teaches it almost the same and when you're a beginner that's exactly what you need.
