Crying my eyes off

The perfect ending to a perfect series and the best one yet. Loved it and felt so sad we won’t get more. Mandatory read for all. The narration made the ending so much more meaningful.

I loved Rio and Hallie’s story. The audio was 💯 and it was the first in the series done in duet style. Chefs kiss.

If I didn’t have to work I would have finished this book yesterday. This book will always have a place in my heart. I never wanted it to end!

Literal tears!! A beautiful ending to the most beloved series. I didn’t want it to end. Liz truly never misses. I can’t believe it’s just over. I am super excited to see what is next. I will be seated waiting impatiently🥹❤️

It's the end of an era. Liz Tomforde's Windy City series is one of my top favorites, and I've loved Rio from the moment I met him. To say I've been anticipating this book is the understatement of the century. I was not disappointed! Rio is and forever will be my Baby Boy 😍. This was an amazing second chance/childhood friends to lovers story. I loved the dual timeline. The mutual pining (but both in denial about it), the sweet moments that carry over from then to now, the true meaning behind Rio's boombox obsession. And, holy crapola, I wasn't prepared for bedroom Rio or his mouth 🥵. This story is full of feelings, spice, heart, and friendship. Not only was it a beautiful story, it was a perfect ending to this series. Saying goodbye to these characters will be extremely hard for me, but I cherish the time I had with them!

this love story is the sweetest

I loved the performance and the due formatt! this is a good closure of the windy city series.
it felt a bit dragging at times, but a good and sweet love story nonetheless. I enjoyed it a lot and for sure I will hear more audiobooks from these two voice actors!

Perfect Ending to a Well Loved Series

Liz’s writing has really grown through this series and it has been lovely to listen. LOVE that it was a full on duet. It adds something that we didn’t quite get with the other books. It was Rio’s turn and I love Hallie for him so much.
