Story is good, narrator needs work

The narrator is too choppy, it’s distracting. It is a different narrator than the first book.

Narrator isn’t that great.

The book is great, but the narrator isn’t that great. Plus if you’ve listened to the first book it feels odd having a new voice with new tones and voice shifts. Helps when you increase the speed it’s read.

TERRIBLE narrator. pretty good story.

A synthetic computer voice would have been better than this train wreck. if she is doing book 3, I'm out.

wth?

narrator was so bad. so choppy. no difference in pitch to tell one character from another.
chapter 13 completely missing, couldn't finish.
sex scenes were so pedestrian and vanilla as hell.

Missing chapter 13 and ending of book.

Unfortunately this book is missing chapter 13 as well as the ending. Sooo frustrating.
I shrugged and figured I got the gist. But the next book starts years later from the daughter POV so I’m lost.

Great listen

I loved the final part of M's story. The twists and turns where sometimes left me shocked. 😲🙀😮

Second in series to kidnapped

Story was overall ok. I really enjoyed the story and narration of book 1. Book 2 narrative was not for me. The stilted way of speaking irritated me alot to the point i lost interest in the story and how it ends.
Won't be buying the next in series mostly due to this. I also won't be other books if they're narrated by this person also. (This is solely my opinion. Others may like it. It just wasnt for me)
