Very informative and detailed resource.

Both books are excellent for beginners if you are considering investing in real estate. The first book describes in detail how to go about looking for the right property to invest in and encourages to keep investing in more properties. Zero to Millionaire Real Estate Investor explains how to become successful and what pitfalls to avoid. The second book gives practical information which states are on the top list for rental properties. The author gives strategic steps one should take to achieve a profitable goal.

Great books, you can learn a lot about real estate investing from it. Both books are fantastic and very interesting about holding on rental property. You are gonna love it. It's worth it.

What a resource!!

This set of books has SO MUCH important information for when you're starting out. Everything from basic terms to the techniques that have made people millions. Such a great tool. Excellent narration as well. Awesome.

lots of important information

I am glad I got this book. Lots of necessary information about investing, renting, airbnb etc. Including state specific information, tips on legislation etc.
The biggest con - it is difficult to navigate. The chapters are named "chapter 1", "chapter 2" etc instead of real informative titles. And the chapters should be more fine-grained sometimes.

Picked this up for a general understanding of real estate and walked away knowing so much! I am definitely glad I grabbed the bundle because of the double content. Pleasant narrator as well!
