Very informative and detailed resource.
Both books are excellent for beginners if you are considering investing in real estate. The first book describes in detail how to go about looking for the right property to invest in and encourages to keep investing in more properties. Zero to Millionaire Real Estate Investor explains how to become successful and what pitfalls to avoid. The second book gives practical information which states are on the top list for rental properties. The author gives strategic steps one should take to achieve a profitable goal.
Great narration in both audiobooks.

lots of important information
I am glad I got this book. Lots of necessary information about investing, renting, airbnb etc. Including state specific information, tips on legislation etc.
The biggest con - it is difficult to navigate. The chapters are named "chapter 1", "chapter 2" etc instead of real informative titles. And the chapters should be more fine-grained sometimes.

10 Hours of Priceless Information
Johnath S. Vines has compiled 2 books that are incredibly valuable in the hard times we're living in. With uncertainty in jobs and rising prices, many people are looking for additional income but have no idea where to start, or what is involved in a good startup. Despite all of the hurdles and hardships, investment properties, flip homes, income property, and other real estate investing options remain a great way to increase your income and even grow into a thriving business. These two books are a comprehensive guide to maximizing the growth of your own personal real estate business. As someone who was greatly helped by renting rooms and suites for additional income for many years, this bundle was a gamechanger, showing how much more I could be doing to build wealth from property... with surprisingly low costs to myself if done right. Gave me an incredible head start! Highly recommend
I've been into real estate for the past three years. I've had a slow start but am finally confident in making my first rental property investment. I listened to this audiobook concurrently while taking real estate courses. Even after seamlessly passing my real estate license I definitely learned way more from this bundle pack than any coursework I've taken or other audiobooks I've listened to.
The bundle is packed with incredible value and really gave me all the information and confidence I needed to make my first rental property investment and start my business. I highly recommend for anyone looking into real estate investments. Easily 5 stars!
