I suspect you do, too. It turns out that the key to getting rich (and staying that way) is to avoid doing stupid things. I don't need to do more smart things. I just need to make fewer dumb mistakes. Info Mostly for Newbies
I really enjoyed the chapter on the top urban areas to look into. The author had a lot of helpful tips. I am glad I listened, however, it was tough to stay with at times due to such a borish narration. The chapter on social media was just not necessary I'm my opinion.
