Exactly what it says good for beginners !

The only problem I had with this book was number one the narrator was the land and came off like a used car salesman trying to patronize you two I did not care for the amount of repetitiveness in such a short book other than that the information is fine

Simple enough

The book itself was enjoyable. My only complaint is that it did not better details each Chakra meaning and representation. Overall I would definitely recommend for someone with some knowledge about Chakras prior.
