Great Read

I listen to a lot of audio books. I stop listening to about half before the end of the first chapter. Of the ones I finish, about 10% get a second listen and this is one of those books. The author is such an authentic leader. The book has great applicability in anyone's life, not just business leaders like Colletti who saved a failing tech company. If you are a parent, a neighbor, a friend, basically anyone who wants to make a positive lasting impact in this world, buy this book and read it twice. FANTASTIC

Great book on entrepreneurship and culture building

The ability to relate practical and creative solutions to situations faced by entrepreneurs in a positive light is amazing. The author does a masterful job of using the stories of not only himself but others to demonstrate how to be a rebounder and how to address challenges, opportunities and the unknown. For a refounder like me this was soothing to the soul, encouraging, empowering and hopeful… I will take the lessons learned in this book and apply it to all of my businesses

This book does a great job of laying out the steps for helping any business or organization become the best version of itself.

I really enjoyed how the author ties in personal stories about himself and others to reinforce his points to showcase what Refounders look like in a variety of industries.

Even though this book is aimed at turning an underperforming business, community, school, etc. around, I would recommend and encourage new startups to read this book as well and use this principles laid out as a foundation of creating something incredible from the start.
