This book by Ms. Jean Case is exactly the motivation normal people need to take action in their communities and across the globe. The life stories she brings to light are diverse and show how the most critical factor is caring enough to make a difference. I have had the opportunity to hear Jean Case speak on several occasions. I was reading it during a very challenging time in our organization's trajectory. Jean helped me get back to my roots...stay focused on relationships. We slipped into being a transactional organization as opposed to being a relational organization.
