Since I love her the first book, I was wondering how they were gonna tap it but they really did with the second book. Congratulations Jessica and her talented narrators CJ and Troy! OFF THE CHARTS AMIGOS!

I gave the first book 10 stars but this one I give .... 11 stars. Absolutely sensational!

My heart goes out to Eve as she endures so much at college more than most people should have to. I was totally rooting for her and Vincent and they're beautiful and explosive love story.

Part of the time I wanted to give Vincent a kick in the Ba*z for treating Eve the way he did. Mafia Family biz, bla bla bla.UHH! and Sigh!

He is a beautiful person and overall, I really liked her character at time. She seemed super naïve and was hoping that she could have gotten a little bit smarter in college, but considering her age and her background for personality was more like the high school girl. She just didn't have the experience but in general, I really loved her.

Vincent came across as a typical alpha with a dark side. I know he was really trying to evolve and move forward into his own! EKK.. rooting for this couple! I could feel their love! AHH!

I have all of the books that I have listened to in the past year Jessica Ruben is one of my absolute favorite authors and this particular series was off the charts for me. It's gonna be hard to talk book too. I simply adored it! bravo CJ and Troy for your sensational narration. You really brought the characters to life. Can't wait to listen to book 3. Thank you all.

Woa, not sure how to feel about this 5 star read

My poor little heart is broken. Vincent and Eve are my couple goals, I want to be their friend. I want to be in the world. I want to hold them both and let them know it’s going to be OK. The life they lead, the slide they live, is extraordinary. There’s so many people out there hundreds upon thousands of people like them out there poverties chicken doing everything they can just to keep their head above water, their family, safe, and enough food on the table. Then on top of all of that, some still have a bit of hope, still have room to reach for better, to reach for love.
I won’t repeat the blurb, this is booked to a continuation of one and the story and plot thickened. Book one was more about Eve chasing Vincent so to speak, book 2 is just the opposite. We got Troy Duran and the audiobook portion two voice Vincent‘s part which was amazing as Troy is amazing! And we got more of been since point of view, which I love dual points of view that makes a book that much better for me! We also brought back.the amazing C.J. Bloom to narrate Eve’s parts! She’s been embodying Eve from page one of book one and I can’t hear any other way, but through CJ’s voice. She is an amazing narrator and also one of my favorites right along with Troy.
This book cracked my little heart ride open. I copied this down in less than a day, even faster than I did book one! I just can’t seem to quit. I have to inhale these stories and I have to read and listen because there’s no way for me to just wait to be in my car. I’m going to download book 3 right now and will be purchasing all three actual Physical books not just the audio and a Kindle now even without starting three I just can’t wait!
All in all, another addition to this amazing story that I know will stick with me for a long time to come. I can’t wait to find out what happens next as these guys turn into adults and see what they went through and their time apart.

This book is way too short. There is the perfect amount of angst and spice. I am off to read the next book.

Cliffhanger

Vincent & Eve’s story continues ending on a cliffhanger. Vincent has one foot in two worlds. Eve’s dilemma is her heart and head are struggling to accept what is being portrayed as not what it seems to be. Rational is knowing, seeing is emotional and much harder to accept.
Happy to move onto their conclusion. Male narrator’s voice is exceptional.

Reckoning

I really love Vincent and Eve. I just hope I love the end of their story in Redemption. I read this when it first came out and am so happy that it is now available in audio too. CJ Bloom and Troy Duran both did an amazing job bringing this story to life.

Loved the duel narration and it was so so good

I loved the whole story. Even better than the first book! Don’t miss reading this book.
