Great ONLY FOR NEW INVESTORS
Saw this through Pace Morby. I’ve been in real estate for 6 years now. Info is very basic and geared to newbies. I’ve wholesaled tons of deals, owned rentals and own storage facilities. I skipped through lots of the book. Most of it I know. Good review but was annoyed I purchased it. Thought it was going to go deep. If your new to real estate however. READ THE BOOK. It wish I would have read it 6 years ago.

Too basic
Very slow and simple to start, did not hold my attention. Made for absolute newbies, who wouldn’t be experienced enough to jump into a partnership this early. Some interesting details on questions to ask about exit strategy near end of book, but then abruptly ends. Not sure this worth the cost and below average for biggerpockets publication.
