Great information

I heard Beth and Alex on a podcast and bought this book. The information is fantastic. While not a step-by-step guide due to the intricacies of private lending, it gives you more than enough information to learn if it is a path you want to take. I also found their method of explaining to both the potential private lender and the person potentially looking to borrow private money very helpful. Thank you for helping me take the first step on this journey.

Outstanding overview with perfect amount of detail

The content is understandable and action oriented. The authors do a great job of presenting comprehensive processes in organized and easy to follow ways. I will be purchasing the physical book for reference.

Great Introduction to Private Lending

I started this audiobook as I painted trim on a rental house and vowed to myself and my children that this would be the last time we had to physically work on an investment property. I heard echoes of my life in the story one of the authors tells about finding herself grieving, expecting a child, and painting trim on an investment property. I'm very excited about the possibilities for another way to go forward with real estate investing. There is a wealth of information in the bonus materials to comb through with some great samples of documents. The narration was excellent, and I'm now relistening to take some detailed notes.

Best lending book to date

Amazing!!! I’m taken back at how I immediately want to listen again it’s THAT good. Especially for women, mothers and go getters this book and the authors really make you believe you can do it to and now I will! Thank you Beth and Alexandria, so much
