Terrible book. Don’t buy.
This book is full of general ideas and nothing concrete. Nothing real that can teach you the steps in real estate investing. I have read better books and this is the worst one. The narrator is so boring. This book will piss you off.

I would ask for a refund if I could
There was just no meat to this book at all. I struggled to even finish listening to it. The narrator spoke so slowly I had to actually speed up by 25% just to get through it.
