Years ago, after suffering a humiliatingly large dumb tax, it dawned on me that I have a seemingly unlimited ability to hit unforced errors and sabotage my business and financial success. I suspect you do, too. It turns out that the key to getting rich (and staying that way) is to avoid doing stupid things. I don't need to do more smart things. I just need to make fewer dumb mistakes. Amazingly Helpful!
I have been wanting to invest in the real estate market for years as I know it is the best long term investment you can make. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this audiobook which teaches the most update strategies for today's market. I did not know a thing about real estate investing before reading this. Now I feel as though I have a clear cut path on the best way for me to get started. I really like how many different strategies the book teaches. Everyone's situations, goals, and interests are different and there is something in there for everyone. I definitely recommend this audiobook for those looking to hop into the world of real estate!

Excellent for beginners in Real Estate Investing
Like most people, I was looking for a way to invest my money in something that was safe and secure. Real estate investing is the way to go, and this audiobook is the perfect tool for beginners who do not have a lot of money to invest. This is a terrific guide for beginners to make money without putting money down. The information was easy to follow, and yet thorough. Because of this audiobook, I am now in the process of closing my first deal. Highly recommend this to all. I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
