This book was probably one of the most authentic portrayals of the mindset of someone living with a disability and sharing her strength and power used in the process of becoming her own. In a false presentation that society has of a “world of normal“ Renee Bruns shows us all how to be your own “normal” and how to be an advocate for yourself, all while living your life to its fullest potential. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for her
