Only 3 days so far....

I haven't even tried to lose weight and already lost 1 pound ! It is recommended to listen while going to sleep for 21 days.
The narrator has a soft and quiet voice that makes falling asleep effortless. The audio is 4 hours long and only once I woke up in the middle of it listening to soft music. Otherwise I fall asleep listening to soft suggestions of walking downstairs into a waiting slumber.

I lost 1 pound in 3 days. I can't wait to see how much I lose in 21 days!!

The affirmations are a little short. The whole program is short. For the price, I was expecting a whole 8 hour program for the total amount of sleep. But hey, I guess in person sessions are only an hour. Eh..

It works

I’m not usually susceptible to suggestions but after using this a few weeks consistently I have noticed it’s much easier to stick to my current low carb diet. I’m finding it easy to decline foods I normally could not resist even to my own surprise and I’m drinking much more water (one of the suggestions). It’s also great for sleeping so I feel well rested and I’m able to recall some dreams. All good!

Cannot return unless Audible member

Book was not what I envisioned. Tried to return within hour of purchase, but if you do not have an active Audible membership this is not possible.
