Publisher's summary

More. A word Raiden knows very well. Cursed with the deadly sin of Gluttony, his voracious appetite is legendary. Nothing is ever enough to fill the emptiness inside him. Until he meets the one man who satiates that hunger. But with the war between angels and demons escalating, it’s not exactly the best time to fall in love.

Then again, fate never follows the rules.

As the son of a fallen angel, Titan leads a guarded life. Being a soldier is all he knows. Keeping his emotions locked away. But then he meets a silly, handsome, and warm-hearted man with a dimpled grin and weakness for pizza, and his guard begins to slip. Raiden is everything good in this world. And for the first time, Titan thinks falling in love may be worth the risk of possible heartbreak later on.

The bond between fated mates is powerful. A sweet indulgence that can make even the darkest of days seem brighter. Can Raiden and Titan embrace their bond with the fate of the world in the balance? Or will their romance fade before it even truly begins?

Raiden is Book 6 in the Sons of the Fallen series. You’ll find a ridiculous amount of pizza, cavity-inducing romantic sweetness, swordplay, fun on the beach, and two oblivious dorks who bond over their mutual love of food. Each book features a different main couple, but the series must be listened to in order. HEA guaranteed.

Wow another great story

Some intense moments in this book very well narrated all the voices done by Nick J Russo, all right on point I felt the story in my heart. Jaclyn Osborn is an amazing author. I look forward to the continuation of this series. I am definitely a fan of both of these people.

These two characters are adorable! Such a great story. The narration is fantastic as always. I can’t wait for the last one in the series.

love

love the first 2 books & this 1 the most. absolutely love Raiden! really not a huge fan of the next book. specially after relisting to so the books a second & or the ones I like the most way more & hearing how his mate treats them all through everything. it's disappointing. this book though is just adorable & loving. he had such strong feelings & he makes you feel it when he's sad. so worth the read. all of them are worth the read. just wish the last mates were better.

So sweet! But I feel like this was more of a filler?

Raiden is an adorable and lovable character and I was excited to see him get his HEA. However I feel like 60% of this book was just recapping what’s happened in the other books? Having to explain the dragons and different fallen angels clans and past battles. I understand giving the option for readers listen to this as a stand alone, but I think it would have been better to just write is as a series to be listened to in order. I felt like it was more of a recap than completely focused on Raiden and Titan. Their story was simple and sweet and I wanted to hear more about them.

Solid continuation in the series

Unfortunately I was left with wanting more. Gluttony is not a sexy sin like Wrath, Greed and Lust, but I will take him before Sloth - another adorkable character - any day. It didn't help that Raiden is an oblivious idiot. At least he is a loveable, adorable idiot but that isn't the kind of character that turns me on. I like that Titan brought some intensity but it wasn't enough for me....I still am waiting patiently for the Audible Alistair to come out. Till then, this book - although performed excellently by Russo as always - was just a snack (like Gray) to tide me over until the main course. Overall, I still enjoyed Raiden especially because it revealed that Raiden truly is the glue in the group - he is a care taker afterall - and the forgotten 8th sin Melancholy is back to set things up for the next book.

3 stars - I won't read again.
