However, while it's certainly calming and meditative, this one differs in that it claims, not general increased wellbeing, but specifically that it will help you kick smoking addiction. It's a calming and encouraging book to be sure, but that's an awfully ambitious claim.

I have been a smoker for 25 years and I know how addicting tobacco can be. And I hate it sadly I'm allergic to all the quit smoking aid such as Chatatics. So I am truly putting a lot of faith into this book. The narration for this book was spot on Nice and relaxing

I believe Subliminal messaging does work. Case in point... Have you ever watched a movie where a juicy burger was part of the backdrop and all of a sudden your craving it? Also, stress is one of the biggest factors for keeping smokers smoking.
Mindfulness Training book's are great for stress relief. You listen while you sleep and wake up refreshed. This book sends out messages about how great food will taste, how good your clothes will smell, and how much better you will breath. I think if a person is really at that point where they are disgusted with themselves, this book can be a good tool to help aid them in their quest to be a quiter. And look at it this way.. this book that could possibly change your life is still cheaper than a pack of cigarettes. I requested this book in exchange for my honest review.
