One of the best books on Theology.

One of the best books in theology I have ever read. Although written for Spiritually mature people, even spiritually immature would be blessed if they carefully read it along with a mentor who is spiritually mature. All leaders and pastors shoul read this book. I highly recommend it

Great Writer; Narrator Not Clear

Content is very intriguing and thought provoking.

Narrator hundreds of times reads with variety of pitch yet on the end of sentences goes low and soft. YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND his last word or words. Especially at the end of a scripture quote or main point. I turned volume all the way up, went back to hear many times to no avail. Keep the print copy close if you want to catch everything.

Life changing

Adopting this view of God and the world changed how I see everything in life. I find myself returning to it often for more and more perspective.

John Piper’s passion comes through this book!

Chapters 38 and 39 touched me so deeply, I cried and got down on my knees to pray and thanked Him for leading me to this book. Amen
