Sweet Romance
Sweet story about a mother, Courtney, released from prison and trying to regain the life she had lost with her daughter because of her mistakes. Jake is the sheriff who admires the beautiful Courtney's determination to rebuild a better life. But Jake was the officer who arrested her and Courtney has learned the hard way not to trust. Patience wins the day in this sweet novella by Lacy Williams, and enjoyably narrated by Becky Doughty. Note: Audio book was a gift by narrator. No review was required.

Sweet second chance romance!
I loved this sweet story of second chances! My heart ached for Courtney and her struggles in adapting to life after 5 year prison sentence, and recovering her sweet little girl’s love! Erick was a wonderful hero! I love lawmen! And besides his dedication to his job, he saw Courtney’s beautiful heart and was patient and kind with her while winning her love! A sweet, touching and redemptive love story I recommend!
The narrator was awesome! The different voices, intonations, I was transported!! Loved it!!
