Not my fave
This isn’t my favorite of Susan Hill’s stories. Maybe I’m just not suitably creeped out by the story premise. It seemed tame to me, though I’ve really loved her other stories and still recommend her unreservedly.
I love that Hill is writing “ye olde ghost stories” in the modern era.
