WOW!
Mason Cross does it again! I enjoyed this book from the first chapter to the last word! The narrator did a fantastic job! The end was a big shock! I don't want to pressure the author, but please write more in this series!

Wow who woulda thunk it?
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the Carter Blake series. They all involved twists and turns galore. But, this one had me guessing wrong almost from the very beginning. Well, wrong but not really wrong - without spoiling it for you I will tell you to keep an open mind.

I really like this series
If you like methodical 'detective' type stories, with good character development, interesting plots and twists try this book and series. I did not see the ending coming - total surprise. Story is well told and well performed. Can't wait for the next book

Didn’t see that one coming
I’m still a little dazed. I am usually pretty good at figuring out twists early in the story, but not this one. This twist wasn’t even close to being a possibility I thought of. Kudos Mr. Cross.

Best of the series by far
Not to say the other books were bad in comparison, but this one was far superior. If you could only listen to one in the series pick this one. Could be read independently and not miss anything. I don't give 5 stars often but this definitely deserves it.
