The characters were believable.

I really enjoyed all of the book. There was nothing to dislike about it. The characters were great and I liked the narrator.

very interesting

starts off slow, but picks up. it finally became clear what was going on and who the killer is.

A mystery to the end

Most of the time I can figure out who the killer is by the middle of a book. Not this one. I had to finish this, had to know what was happening. Very worth the cost.

I like the story, but the audio keeps skipping over parts so you miss part of the ending and in the middle

I listened in one day-it was so good I couldn’t stop! I highly recommend this book! So many ups and downs!

Twisted Plot That Keeps you Guessing

I liked the overall story and characters. And enjoyed the audio. The narrator was very good. The reason for 4 stars was the author or editor allowed too much duplication when the characters were thinking. It became frustrating. I like Lisa Phillios and have read several of her books and have never noticed this before. So maybe it was an edit issue. But I do recommend the story.

Excellent clean suspense

Excellent clean suspense. Very skilled narrator. Surprises clear up until the end. I will definitely be listening to the rest of this series and more from this author.

Great story

Loved the story and woven history of main characters into current day. Wish the wrap up at the end cleared things up a bit better about the cases and why things happened as they did. The wrap up was too succinct regarding the “bad guy” and I wanted more closure. Overall a good book
