Hard to listen to

Maybe I would have given a higher rating if the narration had been better. The plot was not the best though.

Never let go

The narrator did a good job. The story was good, but towards the end a bit unbelievable. To many close calls. Ended sort of unfinished. Needed an epilogue.

Long winded

I like the story but the story whas a bid drank out and I battle with the narrator.

What a beautiful, unexpected endings, that do happen but are not often solved, I would advise people to listen, so so beautiful. Thank you

Narrator

This narrator made the main character seem weak and not intelligent and her accents were not very good. It was a bit hard to listen to.

it was ok

This is one of those books that was super slow to get started. And at so many points throughout the book, I was bored with listening to it and wanted to quit, but I couldn't, because I wanted to see how everything turned out. Like with many books, there are lots of different characters involved. However, the author made it difficult, it's hard for me to keep track of who was who and how they related, stop stop

Great story!

I liked the twist and turns plus the unexpected surprises. Plus I love Christian based books that interweave romance and suspense without losing the Christian principles.

There was very little to dislike, if I had to chose, it would be jumping to different scenes without using a “pregnant pause”. I had to back up the recording a few times to see where one scene ended and another began. (The hard copies of this book would have an extra space or asterisks to denote the change of scenes.)

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romantic suspense books without graphic violence or sex scenes. It’s also great not to have foul language.

I gave this book the maximum stars because of the plot, the unexpected surprises, and the edge of seat action.

Good story, narration so-so

Overall a good story but the ending wraps up a little too quickly and simplistically. Almost put it aside because the reader’s style was hard to listen to; she sounded angry or disgusted much of the time and the narration distracted from focusing on the story. I would enjoy more books from this author but not with the same reader.
