Playboy is witty, heartfelt, and full of banter. Daniel’s awkward charm and Hannah’s sassy comebacks make for an irresistible match. Duet narration by Vanessa Edwin and Sean Masters was solid, though some delivery felt one-note. A fun Boston Bolts addition!

Loved Daniel & Hannah

Playboy by Brittanee Nicole was an amazing story in her Boston Bolt Hockey series and I loved listening to the audiobook. Sean Masters and Vanessa Edwin were fantastic in bringing Daniel and Hannah’s love story to life. I thoroughly enjoyed their performances with all the characters. I highly recommend the audiobook to get the full experience.

I know we called him Baby Hall for a while, but shut the front door because DADDY HALL is home and he stole my damn heart. Whew boy, I knew I was going to love Daniel Hall but this man said, “I can be even BETTER than you imagined.” And he was right.

All the stars in the world for this book. It absolutely wrecked me, put me back together and made me a puddle on the floor.

Also Brittanee needs to make this book come with a warning because there is one scene (yes that scene) where you shouldn’t be reading it in public because you won’t be able to contain your cackling.

Playboy and Hannah might just be my favorite couple yet. The age gap, the he fall first, the accidental pregnancy… every single trope hit so hard in this book. Daniel has been OBSESSED with Hannah for years, and when a one night stand results in an accidental pregnancy… he has no hesitation whatsoever in locking his Dream girl down.

I loved every second of this book, from first word until last, and for someone who isn’t big on the accidental pregnant trope, this was one of the best ones I have ever read.

I will never doubt Brittanee’s ability to make me fall in love with every single thing she writes.

My Favorite book

I loved the banter between Hannah and Daniel. It actually made me cry. Great story and excellent narration!

I absolutely loved this book!!! Baby Hall has moved into one of my favorite book boyfriends! The way that he loved Hannah would make any woman swoon and how he would do anything to make her happy (and the letters, such a nice touch) And Hannah-she was a top notch FMC! I loved her sassiness and how she wasn’t afraid to say what she wanted!! The two of them worked perfectly together and had amazing chemistry. I did feel bad for the small blip with Camden and I hope he either gets his own book or we get some type of HEA for him in Sienna and Noah’s book-Beauty.
The Audiobook was of course fabulous! Sean Masters and Vanessa Edwin were the perfect Daniel “Baby Hall” and Hannah! I love both these narrators and they really brought out their A game!!
Loving this series-would totally 💯 recommend it!! Can’t wait for Beauty coming in November.

Such a sweet story

This is my first novel by this author. It’s such a sweet story and release really beautiful. I wish I would leave out more other people and just focus on the couple. We don’t need so much extra people cause it’s really hard to follow on an audiobook.

Loved it!

Playboy was such a good book! I love some good banter and a sassy women who takes awhile to win over! Daniel is perfect for Hannah and never gives up trying to show how much he cares! This book is very high on my favorites list and I definitely recommend giving it a read!
As for the whole series this is last book out on audible as of right now so I am going to give a series review here as well! The first and third books are just as good with lovable characters and great love story’s. I will be honest, I didn’t read the 2nd book because I hate the why chose trope (just a personal preference, I like my men possessive and obsessed!) The author is very good at writing possessive men even in books outside this series so I already knew I would these! Hockey is one of my favorite genres too so I was hooked from the first book! Highly recommend giving the whole series a listen or read!

Sports romance with banter

This was my fourth read in the Bolts series, and while it wasn’t my favorite so far, it was still a fun and spicy ride.

The story
Hannah Prescott is older, hotter, and completely out of Ryder Hall’s league – or so she thinks. From the moment she shut him down with a simple “In your dreams, Baby Hall,” Ryder has been obsessed. As the team’s playboy, everything has come easy to him: hockey, women, fame. But when his spot on the first line is threatened and Hannah shows up wearing another player’s jersey, Ryder realizes he has to act fast. One night turns into something much bigger when a positive pregnancy test forces them both to face their feelings. Ryder might be a cocky, dirty-talking playboy, but he’s determined to prove to Hannah that he’s so much more than that – and that she’s his dream come true.

What I liked
✔️ Older FMC with a reverse age gap – refreshing to see the woman being older for once.
✔️ Hannah isn’t afraid to speak her mind but still has a soft, vulnerable side.
✔️ Loved that she was the dirty-mouthed one for a change instead of the MMC.
✔️ Great banter and sass between Hannah and Ryder.
✔️ The ever-growing found family of the Bolts adds heart and humor, with returning characters making every scene richer – and yes, Beckett shows up too.

🔻 What didn’t work for me
This was my least favorite of the Bolts books so far. The story was fine but didn’t grab me as much as the earlier ones in the series.

If you enjoy sports romance with banter, dirty talk, and a tight-knit found family, this series continues to deliver. I’m excited to see what Brittanee Nicole has planned next for these hockey boys.

great ready / listen

This audiobook had me laughing and on the edge of my seat the entire time! And that sex scene—wow, just wow. I don’t even need to say more. I absolutely love the author’s writing style, and the narrators? Incredible. Let’s just say I’m officially a big fan!

Such a fantastic fun book.
Baby Hall (Daniel Hall) is always saying the wrong thing and it is hilarious. The things him and his team mates get up to are entertaining to say the least.

Hannah our FMC is a badass. I loved her sass and the banter with these two characters.
