Integrating isn't easy for a shifter in an all-human town, but Lily Mason is finally making it work. She has love in her life, enjoys a great job, attends community college, and best of all, her fixer-upper house is nearly livable. She couldn't be happier.

Until her Uncle Buzz is accused of murder.

A prominent member of the community has been found murdered in the parking lot of her uncle's cafe, The Cat's Meow. And thanks to a contentious relationship with the victim, Uncle Buzz is the number-one suspect.

Great series so far

I just finished book 4 and am really enjoying this series. The characters are really interesting and the main character seems like she has her stuff together. I really like that. So many cozy paranormal mysteries have the whiniest main character that can’t get out of their own way!

My only wish is the books were longer. I love a long listen 😊

I’m really enjoying this series

Renee George has created a great series. The storyline is original and the characters are well developed and grow with each installment in this series.
Dara Rosenberg, as always, gave a stellar performance as she breathed life into the story and gave distinct voices to each character.
I highly recommend this book/audiobook to cozy mystery fans.
