Roller coaster called life
I have read the book Perspect;ve and also listened to the audio. Both were excellent and thought provoking, leaves you wanting more ... mental health has been a taboo subject for far too long. The honesty of the writer’s emotions comes through in the audio version and you hurt and cry with and for him. Depression is a struggle and living in the negative is a tough battle to fight but one that is worth striving for to win one day at a time. And as the writer states / lists at the end of the book, there are valuable resources to be found online, phone or text and there is always a friend or family member that will listen. There are several Facebook groups for those who have lost someone to suicide and the pain to those that are left behind can be unbearable ... And it is definitely all about Perspect;ve and where you are in your life! Life is worth living.

This is Kristofer’s Dad
I needed to hear Kristofer‘s voice one more time. I needed to hear this book instead of reading it. My son’s voice is very soothing and I’m not just saying that because he is my son. It’s very important for you to know that he did take his life last week. If this Book helps one person, he did his job. He worked so hard on this book and also the time it took to narrate it , was very impressive. Did not hear any mistakes or ahhs during the whole thing. I will miss you dearly Kristofer, But I can hear your voice anytime now. All I have to do is listen to this book. Put my headphones on and cry myself to sleep. I love you always son ,your dad, Cliff
