Very hepful and inspiring!

This was super motivational and got my mindset on the right track for reducing debt! Having 8 years of student loan debt, a new house, and a car payment, all while living in an expensively fun city... where does one even begin?!?! Want to live thrifty while you get out from a mountain of student loans? Pay off your car? This doesn't mean don't take a vacation and stop enjoying your life. You certainly don't have to do things as extreme as the author did, but it gives simple tips from a real-world standpoint.

I really enjoyed how he gave specific details.

The author breaks it down from the very first day all the way up to closing your first deal and everything in between. It’s a great book for those who want to change their lives through real estate and managing their own finances.

This book is priceless. The author is a natural teacher, knowing how to present complex information very simply and clearly. Also, Googling won't give you most of the information found on this book.

The author has smoothly connected supply chain basics with more advanced approaches to strategy execution. The book is well written and highly accessible conceptually to both novice and advanced supply chain practitioners.

I am a newbie to technical analysis. Mr. Robert's book explained a lot of the concepts in a way that I believe I can plan well for my finances. I highly recommend it to newbies like me and even some intermediate folks.
