Just what the doctor ordered!

I tend to overexert and take care of everyone around me so I decided to listen to this audiobook to take care of myself. I especially liked the tips at the end to help with self love and self acceptance, which is a thing now that I am getting older. I am learning how to love myself in my new older body in a society that seemingly gives more attention to youth.

Positive and Helpful.

The narrator's voice is pleasant and peaceful when listening. The audio book contains many helpful tips on love and self-respect, as well as what we can offer to others. I recommend it to everyone who wants to find a starting point for self-care.

Soothing and Great listen

This audiobook is the great guide on knowing how to love yourself mentally, emotionally and physically for Women. This book even has step by step strategies for women that is inspiring and helpful as well. Overall it's educational and it's filled with helpful and I enjoyed the inspirational quotes as well as the powerful message behind it. Overall it's a great listen.

Full of compassion

This book is a great combination of a giant hug and a kick in the pants. It's very much interested in making sure that the reader feels taken care of, but also encourages them to think outside the box. Really motivating. Great narrator too.

Outstanding resource - highly recommend!

This was such a great outlet! As a mother of 3, I need some me time and this book really helped me align and organize my needs with what is available for me to set time for.
