Publisher's Summary

Paul, Apostle of Christ is the story of two men. Luke, as a friend and physician, risks his life every time he ventures into the city of Rome to visit Paul, held captive in Nero's bleakest prison cell. Before Paul's execution, Luke resolves to write another book, one that details the beginnings of "The Way" and the birth of what will come to be known as the church. But Nero is determined to rid Rome of Christians.

Paul and Luke

Powerful and moving!! I cried. If I were not saved, I would surely wish to give my life to Jesus Christ.

Love this book. Great GREAT job Angela!! The narrator was awesome too!

I bless God Almighty for Jesus staying the course. And, I bless Him for Paul, Luke, and so many others who, willingly gave of themselves, and being able to witness Paul and Luke’s TRUE friendship and servanthood. I so loved Aquila and Priscilla, and those that were among the community. Loved the roll of Marishus Gallos (sp) too. This was simply and profoundly a GREAT book. Thank you for your labor of love.

Starts a little slow

It took a little bit to get into the book, it was a little slow but I am glad I kept listening. Paul's stories is one of my favorites, this is well done.

The most moving of all books

This has become my most favorite of all books. The story was compelling, full of biblical references. It was fun to listen and try to think of the verse being mentioned. The message has transformed my faith. I want my life to be a reflection of a sincere faith in God like Paul and Luke. I am sure I will listen to this book over and over.

Meh

Thought I'd get more depth out of the life of Paul. I expected a full biography. It was a small microcosm of the end of Paul's life.

a wonderful accounting of Paul's life! It feels as

though you are witnessing the event...smells, tastes, sounds and visually. I loved the different speaking voices. A voice was used for one character. When a new character was introduced a different voice would become the new person.

Baptism

No where in God’s HOLY BIBLE is anyone ever baptized in his titles only in his name JESUS.
The Pope ordered that baptism be changed to the titles of God.

don't mistake for scripture

This is an excellent story, the only caution would be not to mistake it for Scripture. The Bible alone is that. This is historical fiction on what may have happened, not a biography or documentary. it's excellent fiction.
