A Timely Reminder to Own Opportunities

I'm not sure how I stumbled across this book but its timing is perfect. I enjoyed the author's cadence and storytelling. The chapters kept me engaged as I recognized some of my own experiences in my own career paths. The words of wisdom of looking within and owning our roles are profound for me as I have the tendency of not seeing my part in the puzzles of life. I would love to attend any of Juliet's speaking engagements.

You become immersed in her corporate life.

I'd say this read or listen as it were, engages you from the beginning, and you can't wait to see where she is going. She does a great job of character establishment in her reading. The only thing I missed is the exact name of the company. As she says in chapter nine I just wanted her to spill the beans.

Oh my goodness. This book is wonderful! It is very well put together. The experiences included, the delivery...everything. As she shared, I felt like I was alongside her as I visualized everything so vividly. The work spoke to me. In the moments where the story made me want to react, Juliet also responded in a way similar to the way I would have, I laughed as her dialect changed just a smidge. Not only have I laughed, I cried, but most importantly, I am encouraged. The reminders of personal excellence made my fire flare inside of me a bit more. I enjoyed hearing that she has read some of the same books I have along the way. How soon we forget we create our realities and how sad that many never realize they have this power within. I already know that Juliet is a strong woman and I have had so many questions about her journey since the first time I encountered her presence. This book did not disappoint. I am grateful. Thank you, Juliet, for sharing your experiences with the world. I am better because of it.
