Captivating Stories told in a very Captivating Way

I loved reading Monica's book 'Overcoming Awkward' and eagerly awaited this Audible version. She does not disappoint. Her intonation and style are engaging and compelling. She has given a master class on building authentic, respectful relationships that is of great import for everyone - not just Introverts - or indeed business people. There is no holier-than-thou approach here, no preaching from a great height. She openly shares how she gained this wisdom - most of it the hard way. Monica does this with humour and a lightness of touch that is a delight to read and to hear.

The warmth of her tone made me feel that I had a friend chatting with me in my kitchen. I got so much identification with her, despite the fact that I would not consider myself an introvert. Though, I suspect that most people have their 'introvert' moments no matter how extrovert they feel themselves to be. Many thanks Monica for a very entertaining read and uplifting message. I hope we hear more from you.
