This book is as amazing as other Alan Watts books. However, if you already purchased "You're it" then this book is very very similar with identical talks.

After listening to various excerpts of Alan Watts’ speeches on YouTube, this was my first time listening to an organized collection of his longer form content, and it was everything I hoped for and more. Between his soothing voice, delightful sense of humor, and most importantly his thought-provoking discourse, you really can’t go wrong giving this a listen!

I listen to this almost every day. At night I put it on before I go to bed. I find it soothing and helps to keep my mind clear so I can fall asleep. I listen to it in the car on the way to work and find motivation for the day.

It was a collection of his talks so there was some overlap but he is a great speaker and communicated his Buddhist spiritual beliefs well. Easy to understand and entertaining.
