Why not hire a British voice actor?

I am fascinated by everything Alan Watts has ever said and published. I absolutely adore him. I was very excited to listen to his autobiography until I realized the narrator was putting on this irritating accent. Difficult to get past, but worth it for a more personal view of Watts.

Narrator almost sounds like Watts

after listening to this sophisticated man..Mr Watts...one comes away feeling how uncultured one really is....
watts hobnobbing with them social and intellectual elite is fun to hear about.

Fascinating

As someone who grew up in the Sixties, this is a veritable Who’s Who of thinkers, philosophers, spiritual teachers, artists, writers, misfits and you name it. What an extraordinary life in an extraordinary time. Will we ever have an era such as this again? I doubt it.

Alan Watts has such a way with words. Somewhere between Zen master and philosopher, he is both ecumenical in his beliefs and unafraid to skewer ones that he just doesn't get
