Awesome guide.

A great guide/insight for the curious and well experienced. A great introduction to expanding consciousness

very enlightening

I enjoyed it dearly. As a psychonaut myself, already knowing a lot about the psychedelic realms, it still managed to teach me a lot of things and made me reflect of some of the things i already knew. 10/10 deffinitly recommend.

What a journey

I have never tried pshychedelic and i must say that this guide is a really an eye opener on the preparation of such experience and does provide extremely useful insights.. probably best to also obtain a hard copy of this book.

I ended up buying a physical copy for easy reference and reading in the event of hosting a psychedelic experience.

Not a bad system

But better done alone, out in nature, with proper provisions and undisturbed on a comfortable afternoon. I recommend incorporating Pranayama breathing technique, 4:4:8 interval and focusing on the sky at dusk.

This is a good tool to have.

Listening to this is good but having the book to reference is a good thing to have on hand. That is if you intend to do or attempt things mentioned in this book.
