But when his violence causes her to lose the one thing she's always wanted, Lizzie knows she must find the strength to make the changes in her life that are so sorely needed.

Realistic story

Another great story telling from Ms Jacobs the characters are fully developed and the story flows well I wish the men in that time era would treat the woman more kindly over a great story and the narrator was very good
