I got a lot of good information from the books, although I don’t plan to own a food truck. If I felt I took something away from listening to this books, someone who would like a food truck would have all the information they need.”

Perfect for Beginners

This book would serve as a great guide for anyone just getting into opening a food truck. One of the most important things to remember when starting a business is that your business is an extension of yourself, and section 4 does a great job explaining that.

I've been curious about the ins and outs of having a food truck and this book was informative . It's short where you're not bored of the subject, but the way it is laid out hits all the important points. Some weren't something I have thought of before. Great reference

“Out of the blueprints and into the fire” -- what a great phrase! This is clearly a well researched and thought out book. So much goes into owning a food truck that you would never think about. It’s not just the food, it’s the utensils, the mobility, the supplies etc. I definitely have a newfound respect for the taco truck I eat at several times a week. Highly recommend it!
