The accent is so bad, it makes hard 2 understand

I wasn't expecting the narrator to be trying to simulate having chaw in both cheeks. Story isn't bad, narration is often distracting, I spent too much time in Texas and the working across the south, it hits me as a bad Louisiana bayou mixed with San Antonio Hill country, while double fisting chaw like a chipmunk transporting acorns.

Damn Good.

It's great. A wonderful treat. I want more now.

Matt, why are you corrupting Travis? I never expected to hear him say butt plug,but he did,with gusto. No Notes!

Travis and Jeff were seamless, it was awesome.

Operation Dungeon Crawl

I’m a huge fan of Dungeon Crawler Carl…read all the books several times…this book is just as good. The ending is nanners. I absolutely loved it.

Rule number 11 - read this book

This was a fast paced scifi adventure on the surface. However, it leads to so much more regarding how we treat others that are different than us, how we’re handling AI, and other themes that are definitely pretty deep but I am not eloquent enough to fully explain them. It’s truly a heart felt story with murder robots and Matt’s delectable humor. The voice actor, Travis, also does a great job (with a cameo from Jeff Hayes), fully immersing you the whole way through.

Another amazing Dinniman story, but more approachable

Matt is amazing at writing good characters, strong women, and the experience of normal people forced to experience the horrors of war.

This book does everything, but in a way that's a wider audience would enjoy. There's less "on-screen" death and violence, and what is described is on par with other action stories. But he keeps a lot of the emotion, makes it feel real what the family and friends are going through all through the end.
